We also sealcoat and repair commercial and industrial parking lots. The asphalt is cleaned by power-blowing or pressure washing until asphalt is completely cleaned. Gas and oil primer is applied to all stains.

After the prep-work is complete, we start cutting in with a detailed trim line of sealer around all concrete barricades, posts that are within the asphalt parking lot and to all the outer edges of the asphalt. Now the rest of the asphalt is ready to be sealed with a specially made 36 inch sealcoating brush.  A second coat of sealer may be arranged prior to the job if it determined beforehand that it would be beneficial.

The asphalt is then barricaded with road pylons and flagging tape to prevent people from driving and walking on the freshly sealed asphalt. After the sealer is dried we can arrange for a professional line painting company to paint the lines if requested.
