Luciuk Driveway Sealing

 We are a full service asphalt sealcoating company. The asphalt is cleaned by pressure washing or power-blowing until completely cleaned. A gas and oil stain primer is applied to all stains. Cracks are filled with rubberized asphalt crack filler.

 After all the prep work is complete, a detailed trim line is applied to the edges of the asphalt with a small paintbrush. This attention to detail is something that sets us apart from many of our competitors. After the trimming is complete, the rest of the asphalt is sealed with a specially made 36 inch sealcoating brush.

 The asphalt is then barricaded with flagging tape in order to prevent people from driving on or driving on freshly sealed asphalt. Your sealed asphalt will be ready to walk on in one to two hours and can be driven on in 24 to 48 hours.
